On June 21, 1972, the Democratic Republic of Alcoria was ruthlessly invaded by Viekor security forces and the Alcorian flag torn down. Tonga continued on to illegally occupy Alcorian territories.

Viekorian troops committed countless horrifying atrocities on the island state. Some witness accounts:

I watched papa get beaten by the Viekorian troops when I was 3. It was terrible.

I am ashamed. I was an elite member of the Das Lieb Sturm [Viekorian stormtroopers] during the invasion years of 1972-3. But I hope to help the victims, if only to appease my soul, by doing my best for their independence.

I was beaten ruthelessly by the SchutzenStaffen of the Viekorian army. Ever since then, I have prepared my people for liberation.

But there is hope for Alcoria. Finally, after years of failed attempts at liberation and control, on October 1, 2003, the Alcorian Liberatian Force (Das Wehrmacht) was formed.

Thus, on the beaches of Alcoria, we will fight against the bloodthirsty Viekorian dictatorship to liberate our oppressed people!

But since I DID look it up, did you know the island nation of Tonga has a literacy rate a full point above the United States? I know it is irrelevant but then again, what ISN'T so far? :)

Yeah, Tonga was the only recognizable thing in it, apart from all the sinister-sounding Nazoid jargon, and even there he got the genders wrong.

On the other hand, maybe castille is a psychic and has experienced a vision of the next Bushista military adventure. Perhaps they could actually succeed at this one.

This time I agree with you. We need a "slush pile" forum or something. But, unless I see something offensive or an extreme violation of the rules I let things sit for a few hours to give the thread starter time to explain what's going on. If another mod wants to move things immediately that's their call. That's just not the way *I* do things.
