![]() caring christian Location: right here Posts: 177 | Hannah Montana I know plenty of teenagers who are devotees to Hannah Montana/Miley Cyrus. What is the opinion of you guys on this debate forum about Hannah? I believe in Christianity as I believe that the sun has risen: not only because I see it, but because by it I see everything else. ![]() Molten Ash Posts: 125 | I'm not sure what there is to debate about her. Personally, I think the Hannah/Miley crap is just silly. Then again, I'm not a teenage girl. Having seen the show a time or two, though, I can safely say that Miley Cyrus has one of -the- most irritating speaking voices. It's as if she's a 90 year old woman with bad allergies who's been smoking all of her life in disguise. I don't know what kind of technical magic is involved in making her sound tolerable when singing, but kudos to that tech staff. She, like most teenage singing starlets these days, will end up being just a fad, and I predict her 15 minutes of fame are close to running out. |

That being said, I proclaim 2010 at the Decade of Miley Cyrus. I can't wait until 2020 when she shaves her head. I'd like to thank Charlie Hodge, bringing me scarves and water. |

![]() caring christian Location: right here Posts: 177 | wow. I had no idea that there was such a disliking. All the teenagers in my neighborhood won't shut up about her. I don't see it, but I thought she must be something special. I believe in Christianity as I believe that the sun has risen: not only because I see it, but because by it I see everything else. Her dad is the one who sings "don't break my heart, my achy breaky heart." I'm not really familiar with her, but she seems okay. | Hucking Fuskies Location: Conn Posts: 1,886 | She's the new role model, but a far better one than Brittany. The worst Hannah has done is get in a Land Rover without a seatbelt. No implants, sex tapes, binge drinking, or drug abuse. If your kid loves her be glad. She might be the most appropriate pop star in awhile. The mind forgets but the heart always remembers -Anon |

| Sedimentary Rock Posts: 1 | I personally feel that Miley Cyrus is a great role model to all young people. Atleast she isn't shaving her head or being a complete scare like Britney Spears, on the other hand. She has the fame and holds herself with her high character. I mean really, how many 15 year olds do you all know that makes 6 digits for writing a book about themselves? Not any I know! Seems to me she's on a role and can achieve anything she wants! I sure think she's a great influence to have other publics set their goals as high as she does! |

![]() Son of X51 Location: San Diego Posts: 3,419 | It's from the movie RoboCop. There is TV show that the people watch in the movie. The show's name is It's Not My Problem!, which is a nod to the films theme of greed and personal satisfaction. The fictional star is Bixby Snyder, who is somewhat reminiscent of Benny Hill. His catchphrases is "I'd buy that for a dollar" and when he says it, he's flanked by two hot chicks with their boobs in his face. So, I think this catchphrase is fitting commentary on Hanna Bananna Montana. I'd like to thank Charlie Hodge, bringing me scarves and water. |

![]() caring christian Location: right here Posts: 177 | young people, teenagers, preteenagers, there all similar enough. Oh, and Anmon, I didn't know those either, because I didn't see robocop, but I get it now. Just infer from what you think she means I guess.
