Maybe, but I've tried writing a book, and there clearly is a difference between a year long effort of writing, editing, typesetting, prooofreading, and the graphic design of writing your own book, versus Miley Cyrus recanting anecdotes to a ghostwriter, and receiving a "writing" credit for her book.

On Friday, Cyrus will continue her rehearsals and has some work to do before production begins on the Hannah Montana feature film next week. The singer is also working on her role in Bolt – an animated film to which she lends her voice. - People

Theres not really any discussion here. Ghostwriting is common practice and I can assure you she has a ghostwriter for her book.

Ha ha ha. Really, do you think I'm one of those obsessive teenagers all over the USA who is absolutely in love with Ms. Cyrus? I'm just wondering what you people think about her. Most of you really did get suckered in to writing on a debate forum about hannah. Ha Ha!
