Good idea. ban all weapons and move all the people from north and south Amreica over to the old world, that would disolve the 2nd amendment because that country would no longer exsist. Move the wild animals of Africa to the right locations in the Americas along with any kind of plants they might depend on for food. In addition we can only use one ocean to fish tuna (etc.) out of, I recomend fishing only in the Altantic ocean but banned in the Pasific ocean. Once the lions and so forth are out of Africa we would have room for the people to settle in.

I hope I did not say anything wrong so far.

As ruler I would have my educational system teach all kids how to smoke governmental cigarettes so they would be totally dependant upon me and my governmental store for their supplies, other drugs would be offered as well to insure that people do what they are told.

I would outlaw money and everyone would use my governmental plastic credit cards into which you income check would be deposited by the employers. That card would contain a tracking chip so if someone steals your card we can track down who has it, the fact it can also be used to track you down is of course, unavoidable. Also he card would produce a record in my database of all things you buy, such as guns and so forth, just in case that infor might come in handy.

All factories would be moved to space stations so that the earth here would not get polluted anymore. We would make it so that half the population would work for one year in space and then have one year free time here on earth, as the other half is transported to our work stations in space. (speaking only about the blue coller and hard hat workers, not us rich people). That would reduce the population on earth by one half at any given time and therefore would Solve traffic problems, make the earth greener, and confuse Islam because in space they would not know what direction to pray towards three times a day, plus I would allow no clocks in outerspace. Time control for space work stations would be done from earth only.

And I would enforce a law that people can only debate silly stuff like this instead of serious topics that can upset everyone. That would bring about world peace.

So what would come from this? Well, the major population of humans would be intelligent creatures, capible of progressing much farther as a species than we would ever be able to in today's world.

1.) Give everyone education to the extent that they can learn.

Poor education is one of the primary correlative properties inherent in so many problems from crime, to mental illness, to poverty, to electing just as unqualified public officials.

2.) National individual Accreditation for certain professions such as nurses, cops, and teachers so individuals meeting specific standards would earn more money. End result: Good professionals make more money than their poor counterparts.

Which would, in itself, be authoritarian, so the enacters would have to be steralized themselves, an effective measure for it never to be enacted.

Or a sword, dont underestimate blind people in close combat situations, they can hear better than you, and who needs to see once you start grappling, it could be an advantage in some ways.

Actually, the main reason the U.S. went after the communists was because communism takes away a given nation's freedom of religion. Freedom of religion is something that the U.S. was founded on, so you can see how this would be a personal insult.

My idea is to reduce the extremism in religion.

Of course there will always be a reason that a person would want to provoke a war, but as I said before, without the people's support, their efforts would be futile.
