If you believe as I do, that we originally came from Sirius, then to Mars and Earth, and started a civilisation here that was destroyed in a world wide cataclysm of some sort 12,000 years ago. The UFO's I believe are a carry on from those days, secret society's have hid this knowledge from us for thousands of years, these aliens live amongst us, and control us. If you go on youtube, there is some pretty interesting stuff on this, a lot of strange things, ancient carvings on walls depicting planets and space craft, that Egyptologists particularly choose to ignore. I wont even start on the anonymity's of the Sphinx and great pyramids |

![]() Sedimentary Rock Posts: 5 | If you succeed you'll shock like 99.99 percent of the civilized world. I'm partial toward the notion that aliens may want to study people the same way a child observes an anthill. We go to the zoo, but we don't expect to have conversations with the animals there. Or they recognize our intelligence and don't want to share technology so they can see what we develop on our and learn from us. |

Eyewitness info is essentially useless in an area where there've been so many hoaxes and mis-identifications, and all the videos I've seen are all vague, bright spots moving around in the sky. “What is the use of straining after an amiable view of things, when a cynical view is most likely to be the true one?” -George Bernard Shaw Your friendly neighborhood Mercenary |

![]() BANNED Location: between the good and the bad Posts: 1,330 | There is a lot of ancient monuments around the world, that defy as supposedly being made by much more primitive civilisations than ours, the most notable being the great pyramids of Egypt and the Sphinx, which I intend on visiting at the end of the year. These monuments supposedly built by the Egyptians 4,200 years ago, are actually a lot older. The technology used to build them (these particular pyramids) was beyond anything the Egyptians had at the time. There is a passage on one face of the Great Pyramid, that is directly in line with the constellation of Orion, the constellation has now risen higher than the passage way aimed at it, but astronomers worked out that in the year 10,500 BC the passage way was aimed directly at it. There is in fact too much to explain, it would take me pages, so its better if I give you these links to watch- YouTube - Ancient Pyramid Mysteries YouTube - Mysteries of the Great Pyramid - Part 1 of 7 these very good- YouTube - Mystery of the Sphinx - part 1 current accepted theory's on how the pyramids were built- YouTube - The Great Pyramid - Part 1 of 7 |

| Volcanic Erupter Posts: 8,054 | Here are some of the latest photos of potential UFOs? UFO Photographs & Photos Full Catalog - UFO Evidence Now I know that a hoax is possible but I find it hard to believe that so many people would go to all that trouble to fake photos of UFOs at this late date. I find it odd that we have so many mythological stories throughout history that suggest such flying beings and so forth. Or why thousands of people would all be being having those same kinds of illusionary sightings, including many people who would not likely misstake a known craft as being an unidentifed craft. |

| Altruism Assassin Location: Massachusetts Posts: 3,925 | I have no trouble beleiving that thousands of people claim sightings falsely, notoriety is always an alluring draw. Most of those pictures look like they could be faked by a 15 year old with a model. The sky provides no point of reference, and niether do far off mountains. Some of them look like splotches on the lens, even. Our stories of flying are easily explained by birds and other flying animals whose abilities we envy and have seen as magical in many cases. People see what they want to see. Court cases have shown us that people are never really sure of what they've seen and the mind has an amazing capacity for memory revision. Oh, and by the way, they're no such thing as potential UFO's, you're either unidentified or you're not. “What is the use of straining after an amiable view of things, when a cynical view is most likely to be the true one?” -George Bernard Shaw Your friendly neighborhood Mercenary |

Accepting that lack of evidence isn’t evidence, there is one group of people who are not part of some conspiracy to cover up evidence, who possess the technology to find these spacecraft and the knowledge to be able to differentiate between alien spacecraft and other skywards objects. These people are astronomers, I have a friend who is one and we sometimes go up to the local observatory. I have mentioned UFO’s, to the other astronomers there, and ignoring the funny looks, I am assured that the astronomical community haven’t seen any, they are looking for signs of extraterrestrial intelligence but up to now they haven’t found any. If there were in the world today any large number of people who desired their own happiness more than they desired the unhappiness of others, we could have paradise in a few years. Bertrand Russell |
