Hollywood is bad for us

if you're dumb enough to take your cues in life from a movie, you deserve whatever ill effects come as a result of that.

Problem is, the reality that is depicted in these shows and movies is considered to be a reflection of reality.

Everyone else my age tries drugs - I suppose thats normal. Its bad, but everyone is doing it, so we're all equaly disadvantaged.

It seems to be agreed that Hollywood does influence us negatively, so even if it is because of our own fault that this happens , it still doesn't change the fact that Hollywood DOES influence us negatively.

Regardless of artistic values (Hollywood ought to provide masses with), one is going to find some positives within it, always.
