The frustrating thing is that it's not entirely easy to gauge sexuality. For example, is a man who gets turned on for no apparent reason attracted to everything? Not really. It's also true that some have experimented at some point in their lives. Certainly not all among them consider themselves bisexual later on. Grandpa h. ![]() Seeking the Unknown Location: Southern California Posts: 1,263 | Maybe one of the reasons that here are more gay men is that there is a n overpopulation issue right now. Also, maybe more people who were gay are now admitting it since it's more accepted then it was not that long ago. Knowledge is power, use it well. Don't fear the unknown, seek to understand it |

Scientifically speaking both men and women have bi-sexual harmones and so acts at times bisexual but very rarely. |

To say that it is denotes a lack of understanding of the nature of biochemistry. | Kuldeep Location: Bhopa, M.P, India Posts: 1,640 | What is wrong with the understanding of bio-chemistry?? Both male and female harmones are present in all type of sexes. Predomnancy of either determines the sex of the person or say inclination or tendency to behave as the person behaves !! Simple !! |

| Paladin Location: Narnia Posts: 4,277 | There's nothing wrong in understanding it: as a matter of fact, that's exactly what I'm advocating. But hormones don't exactly express themselves in the way you're implying. Their interactions are more complex. ![]() Sedimentary Rock Posts: 2 | It's an interesting topic. I've had many people tell me that they think everyone is a little bi-sexual, but this only says a little bit about themselves. Having dreams about sexual relations with the same sex does not mean that the dreamer is gay or bisexual. Getting turned on around people of the same sex does not necessarily mean one is gay or bisexual, as it can often be the result of nervousness, excitement, stray thoughts, stimulation or a number of other things. I'm a man, and whenever I think about sex, I think about women. I didn't choose to be this way, I just am. It's kind of similar to the fact that I prefer chocolate to vanilla, but I didn't choose to prefer chocolate to vanilla. |

Let say in different words. I said males get sometimes feeling sensation of acting like a female and female get a feeling to act like a male. This happens due to presence of both types of hormones. However, I agree with you hormonal behavior and their interactions are complex. | |
