![]() Sedimentary Rock Posts: 5 | OMFG earthquake in the uk! i was just sat watching underworld film and at 1:03 am in the morning the walls started to shake and the cupboard i wondered what he hell was happening, just then it hit me, i was experiencing an earthquake, yes you heared me right an EARTHQUAKE right here in the uk, needless to say it scared the hell out of me was quite strong too thought the walls were gunna fall down.. ok maybe not that ba\d but i could feel myself moving on the couch............ God what next am i gunna look out my window and see a tornado.. Atleast it better have been an earthquake if it was the chemicel plant blowing up so long and goodbye :).... |

At least it wasn't like the Northridge quake of 1994 or the San Fransisco quake of 1906 I think. Those were bad. Anyway, now you get to say "I've gone through an earthquake" ![]() Knowledge is power, use it well. Don't fear the unknown, seek to understand it |

| BANNED Location: Los Angeles Posts: 3,203 | Wow! Sorry to hear about it england, I lost a house in an earthquake. After northridge a gas station near my house exploded, I thought the sun was rising until the plume of smoke. I rmember this one cop died crossing an over-pass late at night that was no longer there. Or the building that started to collapse but was actually kept intact because it fell in this perfect way on someone's cadillac. Least you're not sleeping in you neighbors truck, mate! |

| BANNED Location: Los Angeles Posts: 3,203 | i remember being at my neighbors house and an aftershock hit my dad grabbed the neighbors bird cage i held the neighbors fish tank and we all watched as the giant tv smashed to the ground. damn, the earthquake sure was fun |
