Why should I agree with you? Anyway, back to our discussion: you were right that the "either or" situation is incorrect -- which is why I never said that. One can be seem as slightly greedy for wanting anything, but obviously a billionaire is greedier than your average person. If you don't think so, it renders the word "greedy" almost totally meaningless. A lot of people say "I don't believe in handouts" -- particularly when things are going to their satisfaction. But a society without some kind of assistance programs is readying itself for total corruption and failure. The attitude that the rich should continue to dominate everything while the poor should be held down is nothing but Social Darwinism, which, in my view, can easily put one in league with racists and other groups with fascist ideologies. It's not only similar to bowing to Kings, it's like rolling out their red carpets and handing them crowns and sceptors.
