We also are watching so teachers would flirt with students in schools. Why? Because this is considered a sexual child abuse. However, we allow the same children abuse sexually each other as much as they wish. We even encourage them to do so, by educating about sex and providing them condoms so they would do their abuses safe. Twelve years old girls are supplied with condoms for being abused or abuse someone of her classmates. This is what I would not support. If sex under age is the abuse, children should be not allow to abuse each other. A boy, which is a hard core school playboy can send to a jail a female or a male teacher even for a relatively benine, but "uncareful" action in the relationships with his students. Hunt with dogs |

![]() Vampire Location: Newcastle, Australia Posts: 862 | They give out condoms and educate teenagers, because they are going to have sex regardless. At least with the education and the condoms they know what they are doing, and they can't get pregnant or get diseases. The 'age' of concent here is 16 as far as I know; and there are a large amount of girls under 16 sleeping with guys over 16 that I personaly know of, so I can see that your point is valid. However, teacher student relationships are very different. A teacher is in a position of power and respect. If they abuse that then it sets the example that sex with children is ok. If kids are given special treatment and rewards for sleeping with the teacher, then it sets the example that sex will get you what you want. Also, a teacher sleeping with a student is very close to rape - even if it is concentual. A teenager is at a very delicate time in life, they can easily be manipulated and taken advantage of - especialy by a teacher, who is in a position of power and respect. |

They merely want to provide important information, and I assume they trust kids will make the right decisions with it. Those who make this argument have yet to give any reasonable example of why knowledge about condoms or diseases will inherently encourage sex. If anything, it may discourage it. If people learn they may get warts or sores in the process of sex (and certainly worse), obviously some will exercise caution or even refrain from it. Grandpa h.
