If I want technical support at 2AM what place in the US is going to be open?

And if I want to order a gift card over the phone does it matter if the other side is based in Texas, China, or India?

Your forgetting a big reason we send these simple jobs overseas is because they work harder and longer than americans. That and they work for less pay. But I'd rather just accept that than see companies go bankrupt because they can't afford to keep an whole US based staff.
