C'mon, Rainbow. Stalin (and Lenin) was/is worshipped by confused Russian in the religious sense. So, once again, is Mao in China.
No point arguing in rational terms.

OK, back to the topic...
I can post 3 encounters with UFO that took place in my life.
Is that what you want ?

Go ahead.

In reply, I was unaware that Lenin had ordered so many people killed.

1.
- summer night
- warm, no clouds, visibility very good
- around 9 P.M.
I suddenly spotted a bright-white-yellowish, an oval-shaped object that was descending slowly but steadily under appx. 20 degress angle. It was approaching from my left side.
Judging a distance was fairly easy, since there were some trees in front of me - appx. 600ft (200m) away. When that object was passing those trees by, I noticed that those trees did not affect its image, therefore that object was descending in a distance of appx. 600ft (200m) from me.
No sound. No lights, except for that object itself. It looked that object was about to land. When it was about to touch down a ground, suddenly it disappeared. No sound, or any other effects. It was gone, just like a light and/or bulb that is turned off.
I wondered what it was, then the next day I went to that area to investigate that place. There was nothing out there.
That event took place by a military airport. It lasted appx. 20-30 seconds.

I wondered whether I misjudged a jetplane. It could be, but that jetplane had to be a silent craft, with no positioning lights turned on. Yet a pilot had to have his/her skills way above professional, since manouvering in trees is not that easy - even with a slow speed of 50m/h - while handling a military jetplane.

2.
- summer late afternoon
- warm, no clouds, excellent visibility
- around 7 P.M.
Sitting on a bench, I looked up and I noticed a bright-white "star", what initially I thought of. However, I immediately realized that "star" is too big and too bright, in comparison to objects seen in the sky. It was bright-white, ball-shaped object. That object was pulsating with an appx. frequency of 1 pulse/sec, changing its color from bright white to (rather) dimmed-white (or very light-gray).
Suddenly, 7 small balls emerged from that main object. It looked they were launched off that main object, and left some white traces behind themselves. (It reminded me of flares, that leave white trace behind.) After few seconds all the traces were gone.
They looked like a bright-white, ball-shaped objects, pulsating with appx. the same frequency as the main object and characteristics with a reference to changing color. They seemed to create a pattern, since they appeared to the right side of that main object in a logical form. That means : 12:00, 12:30, 1:00 1:30, 2:00 2:30, 3:00 o'clock, according to a watch, in comparison.
After few seconds, 4 out of 7 small objects disappeared, while 3 that left matched : 12:00, 1:30, 3:00 o'clock positions. What happened to those 4 small objects, I had/have no idea. I do not want to speculate on that issue.
In the same moment, the main object started to moving away, slowly but steadily, upkeeping its characteristics, while reducing its size. I thought/think that main object went up (very quickly).
Those 3 small objects left, started to create some triangular patterns, starting from acute(-angled) triangle, through scalene, Pascal's, right(-angled), obtuse(-angled), equilateral, isosceles ones, etc. All the time those 3 small objects, upkept their characteristics, concerning a pulse and a light, while the main object was moving away.

After appx. 15 minutes, I gave up watching that show.
It was really a pleasure to watch their manouvers. (I do not think they came all the way up, to teach me basics of Geometry :-) )
The only weird feeling that came upon me :
- millions were not aware what was going up there
- I knew who they were, despite that the main object looked quite as an oridinary and yet-another "star" in the sky. That was the most unusual feeling that stays with me, even today.
Additional info :
- assuming that those 3 small objects were in size of "Cessna", then they were at. appx. 5000ft (1.7km) altitude level

3.
- summer afternoon
- very warm, no clouds, excellent visibility
- around 5:30 P.M.
I came home, and I found my father looking at something, using a binoculars. I appraoch a window, and I noticed a white-metallic-alike disc-shaped object, that was moving slowly away, to the right side of my house. After a while, my father handed over a binoculars to me.
Since I had a chance to zoom on that object, I noticed that the bottom part of that object, seemed to be rotating in counter-clockwise direction.
It looked, that object did not pay attention to events on the ground, at all. A sort of reconnaissance mission, like it was heading into a designated area and/or point.
No sound. No positioning lights. No holes/windows in any form visible.
It lasted appx. 2 minutes.
Assuming that object was in a size of "Cessna", then it was at altitude of appx. 300ft (100m), and with a distance of appx. 600ft (200m) away from my house.

Most Interesting...

I actually haven't had any experiances with UFO's, despite having a weird idea of being Yakov Sverdlov in a previous life and having an encounter with what I assumed to be my dead Grandfather, I have not seen any such UFO's. I am however, a frim believer, and get the idea it's only a matter of time untill we find out. I hope to find out in this life, if the governments of Earth are willing.

I think it would be a good idea for you to undergo regressive hypnotherapy, especially in the case of the first one, to see if you got abducted. It would be interesting to know.

I (personally) think it did not take place.

However, I think it could have happened to my parents. When I was a young kid, my parents returned home very late (shortly after midnight). My mother was extemely excited telling me a story of encountering 2 bright "stars" (and I remember that moment vividly, even today).

(According to my mother's words) 2 bright "stars" approached them - traveling at a very high speed (so my parents did not even have a chance to react) - and stopped in front of them. She heard some noise and/or voice (just like kids talking some non-understandable gibberish), and took it as those "stars" tried to communicate with my parents. What happened next she did not remember, except that she was stunned and/or paralized so she was not able to move for some period of time.

(According to my father's words), there were some lights present near them, but he was unable to recall anything.
Whenever I have been trying to talk to my parents about that event, they refuse to upkeep that subject. They (both) have realized, that they become a subject of something "terrible" that had happened to them that night.
That even took place appx. 150ft (50m) away from my house.

Time to answer the question, do they?
There are times when there are flying objects that were unidentified at the time they were observed to be flying. So, yes, there are unidentified flying objects.

I sure hope that aliens exist. I mean how wasteful is this enormous universe if the only life in it is us lowly humans.

If they don't well I guess the only other exciting thing is to find out what happens when I die.

There was a time, a period of time longer than the amount of time humans have been around, when lizards were the dominant form of life on the planet. Does that mean the universe was a waste then, and only has value now because we're here to appreciate it?

It seems to me unscientific to rule out any extraterrestial connection.
But, of course, science doesn't rule out any explanation whatsoever. You see, science deals with evidence, and since there is no evidence that any UFO is extraterristrial, then science doesn't consider the matter.

Yeah, sure. Science always needs evidence before any new ideas are considered.

The truth is that evidence comes directly from scientific investigation of new ideas. Get it?? An idea is presented, science investigates it. Evidence, both for and against, is gathered.

To say that evidence must be presented before ideas can be investigated is totally ass backwards.

If there's no evidence, what are they supposed to "investigate"?

First comes the idea, then the search for evidence.
