Gosh, we have less violence in Iraq so far this month, whatever shall we do to support the workers in the graveyards? Humanitarian aid? What do you say to an atheist who sneezes? Look at the hundreds of pooper scoopers who got put of of business in the U.S. once the horseless carriage became commonplace. Less death is a good thing, and no one is seriously going to suggest we return to more killing simply to avoid having to retrain these people for other jobs. | Volcanic Erupter Posts: 8,936 | We had a simular problem in the North Western USA when loggers could no logger kill trees by chopping them up for wood, and someone suggested a governmental program to retrain them for different kinds of jobs, like how to become a security guard in some parking lot. So the Iragi government could use some of the millions coming from oil sales to re-school the graveyard diggers, they can learn how to dig more oil wells. |
