When I first read this, I thought that it was referring to E-mail as "the new office worker's plaque". That's actually better, IMHO. Still, I never check my email more than 3 times a day, and I suggest that others do the same...Nothing is so important that it requires constant checking of the rate to cause stress of these levels.
