![]() Instant Leninist Location: Leningrad Posts: 344 | Superweapon thread If you could have any superweapon, what would it be? No Weapons to turn you into God and the like. Mine would be a mind control beacon that could control entire cities. Then an amplifier to make it a thousand times more powerful. To quote Yuri from Red Alert 2, "This amplifier could do to North America what the Beacon did to New York." In event of war, Nuclear war, that is, a little telephone to the missile silos in America, It would call each of them at once, telling them to launch the missiles but close the silo doors. You must obey the law, always, not only when they grab you by your special place. Vladimir Putin |

You must obey the law, always, not only when they grab you by your special place. Vladimir Putin |

The smarter thing to do would be to cultivate a symbiotic relationship with another technologically advanced nation with a powerful military who can be trusted to defend you (and indeed, the whole region) in case of any threat of hostilities. Take Canada for example. When has Canada ever had the need for military spending and weapons? Does Canada even have a military force? Can anyone tell me? |

I can't remember the details, but it was when Kirk, Spock, and the klingons were on a planet of people that were totally submissive and didn't even complain when they were being slaughtered. It drove both Kirk and the klingon commander nuts. Then finally the feds and klings began all out war in space. Then the submissive people finally had enough of the violence and suddenly every weapon became too hot to handle. Even if you tried to punch a klingon your hand would heat up and you would stop immediately from the pain. That was when the sheepy people revealed themselves to be so far advanced from the humans and klingons as they humans to bacteria. Anyway... that would be my super weapon. The one that makes every weapon too hot to handle. |

People can't be trusted, machines can. You must obey the law, always, not only when they grab you by your special place. Vladimir Putin |
