| Volcanic Erupter Posts: 8,936 | Can You Relate? Is it just me rappin' to me. no one sees what I see. I toss words into the deep blue sea. but the tide only brings them back to me, just me, talking to me. Can you relate. Can you relate. borthers of this fate, can you relate. What good is a voice if no one can understand beating a drum that has no band. another idea for the trash can. another song without a fan. Can you relate. can you relate. Sisters of the fate. can you relate. Shouting at walls of fear and hate. Minds are made up, it must be too late. What was I smokin' or was I jokin'. just day dreamin' unbiblical preachin' No peer review, it is all taboo. The old folks knew nothing should be new that is true. Me telling me. while the rest do not agree. To be not to be. What is of value cannot be free. Can you relate. can you relate. |

Maybe that's such a fancy way of me saying that other people perceive things differently, which is pretty obvious. When I was sloofing through wikipedia I ran across the idea of empricism, which I thought had some merit. Reading those lyrics reminded me of that idea. Quote:

Rap like Clay with hate to predict the fate. Knock out in round three, he would state. "I am the greatest, I am great" Fancy words dancing in the ring, put it to music if you can sing. but it does not mean a thing hardly made a sting. Can you relate the publisity was fake. Where is the Clay brain now that it is too late Now that his words can no longer state that he is so great. Fate fate, can you relate. When the mike is the handshake. and the bell tolls for the fight and we place bets on the hype while the loosers all gripe. Fifty ten try agen bring a friend. you will need comfort in the end of the Great Petend. Effort A demoted to a C by skillz from the third degree that the hoe's men might agree a flee is what I see. Swat swat, with tuff love not hate. And blessings from heavens gate It not too late. fate fate, can you relate. Flush the tolet and have no fear put down the seat when the water is clear Mama don't allow no pottymouth rapping in here and big mama is sincer. But we don't care what mama don't allow Caus' we gonna rap our style anyhow. Relate relate, there is more at stake burning witches and warlocks illuminate. In the darkness of their fate is it too late, is it too late, can anyone relate? | |

| Hellsea Location: Germany Posts: 289 | I saw that you "see," though blind your eyes be, Crashing and bashing, The words that are me, Can you relate? Can you relate, To the words that I sing, The songs be the bait To your soul that burns Toils and churns, You can't understand, your not one who learns, I laughed in your face, Then ran in the race, you ran by my side, you always kept pace, Can you relate? can you relate? When all that I feel, Is victorious hate Technosoul, you'll pay the toll, rhyming those rhymes, Hell, they'll never go dull, but can you relate, can you relate, to the rhymes in my head, that keep me up late, Writing and tapping, beating and rapping, Taking those thoughts then putting on wrapping to make up a tale, that all of us hail as a story worth reading, and rhyme worth a sale Can I relate? Can I relate? to the words in your head, that keep you up late? Yes. ![]() "I love argument, I love debate. I don't expect anyone just to sit there and agree with me, that's not their job." * Margaret Thatcher |
