![]() Mass'Debator Posts: 4,730 | Yeah this is something I learned at a very young age.... I have always loved swimming.... great cardialvascular workout, less gravity strain on joints and muscles when working out, great practice and exercise for your lungs, balance, co-ordination..... frig we should go back to being fish, because it's a lot easier on your body then living on land for some reason. I remember when I was around 7 or 8 and at the pool or beach, I'd be floating there trying to get all the old people in the water, spewing off all these health reasons to them..... they all kinda just looked at me funny..... oh well... they're probably dead now.... they should have listened to me ![]() |
