| Igneous Magma Posts: 156 | Zionists hate the US, despite the fact that many Americans are pro-Israeli. The nave of a parish church in England, founded in 1088 and completed in the thirteenth century, boasts three Crusader tombs – I am anxious to draw your atttention to the fact that the words “fuck Allah” and “fuck Islam” or any variants thereof, do not appear on any of them. The original Crusaders engaged in a belated attempt to relieve the oppressed Christian communities in lands formerly Christian, subsequently overrun by Islam; the causus belli was the freedom of the Holy Places, Christian shrines which Islamic rulers were attempting to suppress, and the safety of pilgrims. What has Dubya's little expedition got to do with any of that? Your compatriots, representing without doubt the most materially powerful nation in history, have made yourselves the useful idiots of a people who despise you. You have put your might at the service of a brutal apartheid state and are deaf to the warnings of those who believe that in doing so, you risk leading the entire human race by a short leash to perdition. Christian philosemitism, a sentimental proclivity to all things Jewish characteristic of the flakier sort of Protestantism that seems to be influential in American conservative circles, manifesting itself politically in an ardent Zionism is at least proximately heretical, and would have been incomprehensible to the Crusaders. Jews were the first persecutors of the Church. The Jewish State was destroyed by the Emperor Titus in the 6th decade AD, but in the intervening 2000 years that hostility and fundamental contempt for Christianity and Christians has never slackened. If you’re tempted to doubt this, I refer you to any number of mainstream Jewish publications, both liberal and orthodox, which over the past twelve months have sent forth a deluge of calumny and vilification against the attempts of a Christian filmmaker to produce a piece of art unapologetically faithful to the gospels. The veil slipped, for a revelatory moment; competing with the fundamentalist rabbis, we heard the fury of “liberal”, secular Jews demanding blacklisting and censorship, howls of outrage that anyone should dare to represent any Jew in a less than flattering light, and insistent demands to be protected from manifestations of non-Jewish religious tradition. The Zionists are not your friends. They are leading you by the nose. Your sentimental goodwill is being abused and exploited. Your political establishment is dominated by a Zionist clique whose divided loyalties, to put it politely, admit of some doubt that the interests of Americans are being best served. At present, the Palestinians are bearing the brunt; but your blank cheque to the State of Israel practically guarantees a catastrophe that could threaten to engulf us all. Yes, I AM powerfully tempted to doubt it. So go ahead, refer us to them, specifically. I imagine what we'll find is largely reviews describing a marathon torture flic as the work of a fanatic (his chemical addictions having been traded in for "religious" ones -- same addictive personality though) whose research on the topic didn't even extend to discovering that when the Jewish religious hierarchy put people to death it was by stoning. The Romans were the ones who prefered crucifixion. "... the fury of 'liberal', secular Jews demanding blacklisting and censorship ... " Name us a few. The ones I read simply urged people not to waste their money, unless they're really into lashing bigtime. "Your sentimental goodwill is being abused and exploited." For someone so interested in US affairs, I'm surprised you haven't heard of the "Religious Right", the people who think they can hurry up the Second Coming by supporting the extremists running Israel at the moment. | Igneous Magma Posts: 304 | Not all Jews are Zionists. But hate is hate BaconBuddy. And if you agree that hate breeds more hate then try to temper your arguments about government policy without the venomous rhetoric against groups of individuals. I would point out that presently the overwhelming majority of Israelis are engaged in their own internal political struggle against the Likud party and Sharon’s heavy handed genocidal treatment of the Palestinians <span style='color:red'>For several reasons: the first being a lack of coordination (just look at the decline of the FSP) Liberty Landing</span> "<span style='color:blue'>The reason we can't find a relationship between the Constitution and the government is that there is none."-- Michael Badnarik</span> |

I will report your next post that seems to be written by another person, if you do not include the source. What you are doing is plagiarism... I think we should all take a look at the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, from the beginning point where the Zionists first mass migrated there. Let's get a thread cookin on it. Nono, I am very curious to learn where you got the idea that the religious right thinks they can hurry the 2nd Coming by supporting Israel. |

God knows I'm no theologian, but as I understand it they believe (and just like Osama, they base themselves on their interpretation of their holy scriptures ... ) that the hard Israeli right will restore the ancient Hebrew Kingdom, including Judea and Samaria, provinces which make up the modern-day West Bank. This will pave the way for the end of the world, in which the Messiah will return to "Zion". Creepy, eh? Here's a bite-size quote that I found at http://www.workingforchange.com/article.cf...fm?ItemID=16028 "Though specifics are a little sketchy, there is a generally accepted version of events leading up to Judgment Day. First, and this is key, Jews will return to Israel. A wicked world leader -- the Antichrist -- will assume power by deceiving everyone into believing he will bring peace. Soon after, the final battle, the Apocalypse, Armageddon, will be fought. At its conclusion, Jesus will descend from Heaven. He will come down the Mount of Olives on the east side of Jerusalem, through the Golden Gate, and into the city. (Just in case, Muslims bricked over the Golden Gate when they controlled the Old City.) There will then be a thousand-year reign of peace on Earth." And leading the pack of the chosen ones will no doubt be Jerry Falwell and Boy George himself. "I wish I was as cocksure of anything as Tom Macaulay is of everything." -- Viscount Melbourne |

| Igneous Magma Posts: 304 | Thats pretty accurate nono and you have it right. The millinium can only begin when the Temple of David is rebuilt in Jerusalem. That is why the Zionist in Likud party in Israel are against giving up the Gaza strip. They feel that by doing so it will undercut the ileagal settlments on the West Bank and there state goal of making Jerusalem the capital of Israel. It is the most recklass policy that Israel has ever embraced and we are all guilty in turning in making Armegeddon a self fufilling prophecy. An interesting thread and extremly complex. <span style='color:red'>For several reasons: the first being a lack of coordination (just look at the decline of the FSP) Liberty Landing</span> "<span style='color:blue'>The reason we can't find a relationship between the Constitution and the government is that there is none."-- Michael Badnarik</span> |

| Guest Posts: n/a | Bacon is an Anti. He will be Anti whatever. He would be against anything the US does. If W. were to provide three square meals to every child in the world until they turned 18, Bacon would complain. First he would say the meals were not nutritionally sound. Second he would complain about the age cut off, it should be 25 or 30. Next, he would complain about how giving someone a free food detracts from their ability to feed themself. Then he would complain about how corporations were getting rich off of the deal. Threre's really no point in reading anything he says because it's just another Anti statement. And now to dispell some of his statement. I know I'm just wasting my time because BB will simply ignore anything that disproves what he says and try throwing another Anti statement our way as some sort of antiproof. Kind of like someone throwing chairs a a pursuer. Keep throwing objects in the way and the pursuer will just quit and BB will think he's won the debate. Anyway, justification for the Crusades. Sure there was some maltreatment of christians in the holy land. Was it the natural state in the region? Certainly not. Jews, christians, and muslims co-habitated in the holy land for centuries before anyone decided to launch a crusade. Mistreatment of christians and access to the holy sites was simply the "justification" for launching the crusades. The real reasons concerned western european politics. Next, I guess BB is saying the US invaded Iraq at the behest of Israel. Why of course, how could anyone miss this. If Israel, or Zionist were pulling the US's strings, don't you think something different would have happened during the Arab Israeli wars? Do you think there would be ANY sort of Palestinian sponsored violence going on? I know BB is a youngster, but come on, pick up a history book once in a while. Next, I'll skip some of the more essoteric bits of this part since I really don't want to know what he's talking about. Here we go, Jews were the first persecutors of the christian church. Uh, just how did the Jews get the Romans to throw christians into the arena in Rome? I suppose Jews were pulling Rome's strings like they are pulling the US's now? Oh, but wait, Emperor Titus destroyed the Jewish state in the 6th decade AD. Actually, I believe it was in the 8th decade, but lets not quible. Jews hated christians for the next 2000 years. Right, Jews tried their hardest to get along with christians in Europe ever since the diaspora. It was christians who persecuted Jews off and on for those 2000 years. I don't know what mainstream publications he's refering to but I really doubt they would illustrate an ongoing animosity towards christianity, certainly nothing supporting his 2000 year old hatred position. In fact, he only mentions these papers' nervousness about Mel's The Passion as evidence of this ancient hatred. I have no doubt some Jewish publications squaked rather loudly about this movie. However, I rather doubt the more mainstream papers were as vehement as BB indicates. I would imagine the louder the squawking, the more radical the rag. Lastly, we're being led around by the nose by Jewish Zionists. Uh huh, sure we are. Now this is a good one. Compugasm caught it too. This invasion, supposedly for oil and enriching Halliburton, is now being prosecuted out of our sense of sentimental goodwill. Ya see folks, whatever it takes to be Anti is okay to this guy. Oh yeah. We have a really cool pen now and the Ruskis don't. They had to spend $12 billion on an atmospheric cleanser for their capsules to vacumm out all the pencil shavings. |

| 9/11: Inside Job Location: Hawai'i, Big Island Posts: 10,435 | dave 654, watch the ad homs. Please address the arguments, not the person, though I must agree with much of your assessment on BB. Let the mods sort it out. I am anti-Zionist, too, for many of the same reasons that BB states. My arguments(I like to think) are more nuanced, but with the same basis of suspicion. Anyone who faults "foreign aid" should have an opinion here... I like Jews, though. Good people, good book, good morals, good values(family, hard work, education). My friends...
