Are you asking if it's allowed or are you requesting that someone on the forums draw one for you?

Of course they could. There's an organization called NAMBLA. Ever heard of them? They essentially promote pedophilia. They haven't been imprisoned or banned from society for their beliefs (it's only when they act on their beliefs and violate existing laws that they get in trouble).
Sensible people don't threaten and harm others over cartoons.

Legally, yes, it is they're right as declared by the United States Constituion and unless the Supreme Court declares that the framers intent included censorship which should take precedence over a right to freedom of speech OR if the cartoon somehow harmed another person's rights, then the Sumpreme Court could find it a conflict of rights and so forth.

Ethically, the question runs deeper. Then the debate of the universality of rights and their legitimacy asfaras approving desired actions is thoroughly questioned. And there enlies the bulk of this debate.

Legally, no debate here, it is acceptable in the United States as Isherwood has pointed out with his cite of NAMBLA. Therefore, let us not waste our time with legal debate.

The primary debate lies in the ethical implications of affirming such a resolution as the one proposed by the thread starter.

Re-reading the title of the thread, I have no idea how you could get a lump of packaging to praise peadophilia.....or indeed, how you'd 'do' something like that!

Oh god... the "Have you seen me?" missing kids ads?
