| Hot Lava Posts: 1,332 | The Carbon Neutral Craze Let me get this straight. If you’re rich enough, you can do anything you want and be guilt free? I thought libs hated that attitude But not now! If you have enough ready cash to transfer to something as loosely defined as a (http://www.carbonneutral.com ) Carbon Neutral Company, you can spew out as much pollution as you damn well please. No worries of actually pedaling that bike or driving in a hybrid, you can jump into your stretch hummer and grind the asphalt with reckless abandon. You just pay for the privilege of polluting today for the promise of cleaning it up later. Commercial flight? Don’t be ridiculous! Just pay to play. Hey! You really can tell them to do as you say, not as you do! |

That is because he is the greatest threat to them because of his knowledge and conviction to make changes. Where as they feel less troubled by Obana and others when it comes to matters of the environmental polution and other problems confronting Americans. So far on the poltical front Al Gore was never a looser. He became Vice President and then ran for the office of President where he won the popular vote by a landslide, when the state votes got close they never did a recount nor did they make adjustments for those who were unlawfully not allowed to vote by his brothers state, and then the court appointed Bush and voided the recount. So he did not loose the election as far as anyone knows because the votes were never retabulated to adjust for the hanging chips and the Jewish voters who accidently marked the wrong side of the ballet - and for the mostly democratic African Americans who were turned away at the election centers - which Bush's brother later said was due to an "error" made in the list of so-called Felons (who cannot vote in that state). |

They both have decades and more of history in dishonest tactics when it comes time for campaign, debate and informing honestly, the American public. I still don't see why one dishonest, corrupt party is preferable to another.
