Being from Louisiana, I have been the demise of many crawfish! I used to catch 'em as well as eat 'em. They have to be spicy, though. Bland crawfish is a crime.

Back home, I could catch a bucket full in my yard if it rained enough.

Where are you from?

In Louisiana, we have the kind that grow to the size of small lobsters (occasionally), rather than the wimpy little 2-inchers that grow in some other states.

Chinese, Italian, American, Mexican, and Continental, styles.

I cook mostly my own styles above but do dine out frequently.

All meats, particularly game.

All fish, and particularly mollusks and crustaceons.

All vegetables, except Brussel Sprouts andLima Beans.

All grains.

And one can't forget the bottle of wine or glass of beer that can be paired with any meal.

Houston area, originally. Bear in mind that we were catching them with our bare hands.

heh...

I have also done that, but not to any great extent - and not with any large ones. That sounds painful, if they pinch you before you grab their backs.

As a kid, I would occasionally catch them in the school yard and chase the girls with them!
