Goodbye Volconvo

I know I havent been here long, but Iam leaving you now. I hope some people took some pleasure in my posts. I had a very emotional episode today, I came about the realisation that I cannot live in a world open to question. I simply cannot function properly. I get very pent up and depressed and it all came out today atop a tower while observing the City of Bristol and the prancing squirrels below. I felt at absolute peace for one of the few times in my life, Ive been so angry at everything as of late. I feel I need to stop debating until I find my piece of mind.

Wishing you all long and peaceful lives

Can you say more about your anger? I think all of us can identify with going through difficult times. It is part of the growing process. Sometimes it helps to share with others. I once read, many people benefit from sharing on line. On second thought, a personal PM could be saver. Not everyone posting here is respectful.

I too am sorry to hear about your depression. I had a bit of that during my transformation from a right winger to what I am now. I find that posting in off topic threads is a bit better. Take a break from debating.

The door is still open if you want to come back.

Toughen up! Life is full of twists and turns, some not to our likeing..but remember life goes on and it's better to follow it's path with understanding rather than emotional reaction?
Relax and enjoy it! It's all too short!

Wow, forced to leave because of emotions, I just don't get that depressed I guess. Although I don't really want to live that long and I'd like an exciting life, so you can take back your long and peace ful thing.

I guess I'm not actually talking to anyone, cause he left. Kinda sad.

I do people the respect of checking back to read there replys

I guess Im just trying to tone down my 'seriousness' level. I no longer listen to 'heated' music or watch proper films simply because they actually drive me insane (off the charts) when it comes to a persons method of thinking, in particular your 'down to earthiness level'.

I often go for walks now and will soon take up conservation as a hobby to keep me stable. Actually, rugby today really cheered me up. Always good to let lose some anger and yell at people who dont hold the line.

Peaceful doesnt exclude exciting. At least not in the way I meant it.

OMG, yes, contact sports are awesome psychological medecines. Who has time to be sad when you can concentrate on knocking someone else off the ground? I'd imagine that rugby's even better than american football, it can get frustrating having to stop hurting people when the ref blows the whistle. :)

Then you're not depressed, you're just mellowing. Nothing negative in that at all.

BTW, what's "heated" music anyway?

I was going to say The Moody Blues as chill music. It always worked for me.
