So it's okay if Saddam gasses the Kurds whilst under CIA protection and invades Iran whilst under CIA protection, but if he used the Euro instead of the dollar it is a crime against humanity?

Can you prove that he was removed for using the Euro?

You called the thread "Us removed Saddam cos he switched to the Euro" and then you tell me to give you proof that he was removed for using the Euro. But it was you, not me, who said the US removed him for using the Euro.

So you are telling me that the US removed him cos he switched to the Euro.

I'll click on URLs to known entities but not on links. However, I don't believe your title has much to do with Euros and more to do with oil. So why didn't you use a title that says what you actually mean?

Let me ask you and the other members posting here about the reason the US went to war in Kosovo? Was it to save the Muslims from ethnic cleansing at the hands of the Serbs? Or was it because Yugoslavia refused to accept the Euro as part of the deal to enter the EU?

Not it was to save Muslims and depose a Soviet-era tyrant, Saddam's friend.

See the pattern--the last remaining tyrants on our hit list in the nineties were Cold War relics--Jong-Il, Saddam, Milosovic, Assad, Gaddaffi, Castro.

I wish we could have an intellectual debate and not dig into conspiracy theories. That is lazy and cheap.
