I just posted on this in a Mexico thread, thought the situation in Oaxaca needs clarification, Britain issued travel advisories against Oaxaca (a favoured Mexican tourist and retirement destination). Its not entirely the way Mr. Will's employer describes the situation: Indymedia Mexico : ImcMexico
