Easy explanation. It costs a HELL of a lot to adopt. A LOT MORE than it costs to have a baby naturally.

Make the requirements for adoption easier and the kids waiting to be adopted will find homes.

I like redhead's logic though. Since there are kids ready to be adopted, then we should murder children.

Makes perfect sense to me.
