CNN.com - Woman charged with using baby as weapon - Oct 9, 2006

ERIE, Pennsylvania (AP) -- A woman used her 4-week-old baby as a weapon in a domestic dispute, swinging the infant through the air and striking her boyfriend with the child, authorities said.

The baby was critically injured in the attack early Sunday, said District Attorney Bradley Foulk.

"Never, never, never. I can never remember anything like this," Foulk told the Erie Times-News.

Chytoria Graham, 27, of Erie, was charged with aggravated assault, reckless endangerment and simple assault. She was held Monday in the Erie County Jail in lieu of $75,000 bail.

The infant, whose name and gender were not released, was taken to a hospital in Pittsburgh. Authorities did not identify the hospital, and the baby's condition Monday was not released.

There was no immediate indication whether the man Graham is accused of attacking was the baby's father.

Authorities removed four other children from Graham's home and placed them with the Erie County Office of Children and Youth, Foulk said.

The official mindset of the establishment does not condemn murdering babies. Children are fair game when republicans are in office. We heap debt on our childrens children. Poison the air children breathe. Spray poison on the crops they eat. Genetically modify foods. Add bullshit to the AIDS program in Africa so that it will benefit pharmaceutical corporations, rather than generics which will benefit more victims. Its infanticide and it is just business as usual.

Not to mention, looking the other way when members of your own party are exposed as sexual predators of children.

Children just arent sacred anymore. Its all part of the official dehumanization program that precedes every genocide.

it just goes to show you how unfair life really is and how much we cant really control.

I am on another board with thousands of women trying to get pregnant and can't and this woman goes and does this to an innocent newborn baby.

what is wrong with people?

That is a good idea! i mean think about it, who wants to hurt a baby? If you use a baby as a weapon nobody will want to hurt you because they are afraid u will hurt the baby. I like the brain on that woman.
