Ah Nashville. I'm rarely in that town but whenever I am you can bet I've been hastled by homeless people. Last March a guy tried to steal my cell phone.

The homeless situation (panhandlers) is pretty tame here compared to Boston DC and San Francisco.

Yeah, I know, but I come from St. Louis where they just arrest the homeless so it's a jump in activity for me. Though I will say that panhandlers don't bother me. Guys that see me talking to my dad on my cell phone from the parking lot of our hotel and start yelling from across a street, cut across the street, and continue to yell that I need to give them my cell phone on the other hand... Granted it's not as bad as when I was in Denver and some woman started cussing me out for not giving her a dollar from about 100 yards away.

Oh those homeless people. *Hands on hips*

And where were you staying?

I am currently parked in my car sitting in the back of a hotel at Opry Hotel area. Jacking McDonald's wifi to get online.

Nice area, no panhandlers, and easy access to Downtown.
