It's what you get for linking to an image on a site that doesn't allow hot-linking. It tells you right on the graphic what to do: save the image to your own server or web space and link to it there.

Many sites discourage hot-linking, as you're eating up their bandwidth for your own purposes. They want to avoid being "slashdotted".
