I can think of 3 possibilities, but my inside knowledge prevents me from participating in such a bet...

I don't want to see anyone banned. Even my enemies, of which there are many. It happens, but there is always a sense of loss and regret that they weren't able to tone it down a bit.

The ones I remember: Roxdog (later returned as Lou Minotti)
Bob, Gorgo, Starboy, Zealot, URnotmeRU, bullshitdetector, Truth, Giancarlo, Son of Belial (banned himself!), Inquisitor.

Try searching for some of their posts and you'll see why they got kicked out.

You guys need to realize that I value all members because you add to my bottom line (active discussions, post counts, etc). When someone is banned it is after extensive discussion and usually after some initial warnings (unless they are a spammer/crazy person).

Hell, Pat, like any other pusher (Philip Morris, whoever) Sean is just giving the public what it wants, right? "If I didn't cherish this bottom line, somebody else would do it in my place."

I think ol' Zhavy may tone it down a bit if he gets a few warning points. He's got some control. He just hasn't quite got the etiquette, yet. I have high hopes for that debater...

I think that another day is pushing it. He's creating a hostile environment on the religion boards and making a general *expletive deleted* of himself. I think that he could really contribute to a debate if he'd quit dismissing all theists as morons without actually debating them.

I mean Isherwood, for example, is about as athiest as most, but I respect him as a debater because he pretty much maintains a level of decorum. Ideology really doesn't faze me because I've seen and heard it all. I just don't care for people who return base insults for argument, no matter what side they are arguing. I have always thought that that is the resort of those with the inability to field an intelligent response.

Zhravic, what's acceptable on other boards isn't necessarily here - as you've found out. As I've told you before - look up Gorgo & Starboy's posts - and don't make the same mistake.
