Volconvo's MVP (let's try this again folks)

That was a shitty turnout for the voting of Volconvo's MVP of 2006 people, damn close to the turnout for the Presidential Elections.

Let's try this again, and for God's sake people, vote this time!

Thanks for making the poll opaque. Now nobody knows I voted for myself....

No "other" option?

The poll is flawed.

And the winner is......other?

Use some sense T-man, if you don't like the choices don't vote, but there is no point to crowning an anonymous winner, cause then we don't know who it is.

I guess you've never ran a poll before.

If you select other then you have to say who you're voting for in a post.

Otherwise the other votes won't count.

Not that hard.

Not interested in voting in popularity contests. WHY??? I graduated HS in 69 where I left that stupid shit behind. But don't let my jaded viewpoint stop your fun

I just saw this thread, and while I honestly appreciate the compliment I'd like to respectfully ask that my name be withdrawn. I don't think I'm that great a contributor these days. Not at all.

But thanks anyway.

I wish I knew how to withdraw names Scribber, and if I did know I would honor your request. Sorry, i'm too much of a newbie to know how to do that stuff

Interesting that the two tied for second come from the same city. Must be something in the water.

I drank from the same supply for years and I am not on the list . If I am not mistaken your water comes from Lake Hodges. A bit too much chlorine bleach for my blood, but I used it for coffee and cooking. My drinking water has been bottled water for ages, though. That came from Palomar mountain springs, mostly.

You are in the top 5 in my book, Scribbler. I haven't voted because I like Sonart, Scribbler, Patrick and bishop about equally. I see they removed Scribbler from the list. Isher has a great sense of humor and is smart, he only lacks in seniority and quantity. Not the most seasoned, but he has the zinger quotient, hands down.

Ulp, guilty! But it's all in fun anyhow...

This is just entertainment, kinda like professional wrestling.

Dear gawd, now I know why I'm sitting here on a Saturday night...that sounds like the way someone would describe a really boring date! :(

San Diego and Hawaii. Do we detect a trend? People who live in paradise(s) would rather be posting to an Internet forum than out enjoying their lovely world.
Wow, are we pathetic or what?
