There is nothing in the article that says the radioactive material can and would be used by the Iraqi's to launch an unprovoked attack at Israel.

right, and we fought the cold war for 50 years with the soviet because they they didn't... ever hear of a theory called MAD? mutually assured destruction? that doesn't work with terrorists and after 9-11, these fanatic terrorists who have no desire other than to kill regardless of their own lives make us take a different defensive posture than "talk big and show your gun", now we have to use it... my argument doesn't fail at all... bending over and appeasing terrorists doesn't work... you are a target... your family is a target...

Err, as far as I know, you've still not given me a source where it shows Iraq ready and willing to use Radioactive materials for WMD.

Please don't take this to terrorism of 9/11, thats Bin Laden and try as the US might, was not linked with Saddam's regime.

I still don't get the point you're making, the Iraqi's had no intention of putting the nuclear material into rockets. I'm still waiting on the source and you trying to bundle terrorists with the Hussein regime doesn't help.
