I'm sorry to say I don't. I've been a voracious reader since I was in grade school. One thing I do and recommend is to read biographies of people you admire. Hopefully you get to find out what gave them the qualities you admire. Sometimes it's the result of life experience and that's hard to emulate. If there's any "secret" to broadening your worldview it's keeping an open mind to new possibilities and ways of looking at things. If you live in the West, learn a bit about Eastern philosophy. Orientals look at reality differently than we're taught to in the West. Keep learning, keep interacting with others who have their own opinions. Listen to others. Those are all factors in my having gotten to where I am, and I have far to go yet.
