When you say some leftist beliefs, do you mean American Left, which is could still place you firmly on the right, or the actual left (starts at social democracy all the way to communists and (left) anarchists)?

Hey folks, nice site. I am a 32 year old college student working full-time at a medicinal herbal extract disributor. My major is English Literature, with a secondary education focus, minoring in history. My nickname is not meant to be political, it is because I am left handed. I am centrist in my beliefs with a libertarian lean, and I enjoy good debate. Hopefully I can learn something from you along the way.

I would say American Left, such as Pro-Gay Marriage/Adoption. I'm for the immediate unbanning of hemp to relieve the need to cut forests; hemp our produces wood and can be used to create a tremendous amount of goods that wood is used for.

Ahh cool, at least your open to new ideas and tolerant, even if not what I'd call left. Welcome aboard, I'll be your resident communist on this flight until Homeland Security close us down just to pretend their actually doing something in order to justify there ridiculous budget increases.

Oh and it's good to see more military peep's here too.

Well seeing how much opinions I've made, might's well introduce myself.

I'm a 19-year-old male, at university. In America I would be considered a Republican, but in China I am considered a liberal reformist.

In real life I'm a sonofabitch too, except I tend to moderate it a little. Jack Welch is my hero =)

Ideological loyalty is the act of giving your soul to a vague concept, to be manipulated by people smarter than you.

Im andy, 20 years old, studying at university in birmingham. I hope to contribute to the forum when i can, as it seems like a place on the internet that is often not discussed by the younger generation such as most of us registered.

19, studying neurosciences at sussex university, along with arabic. Born British, and hope to end up in a demanding and active army career. I also happen to be very anti-semetic, so much so that I can ignore any comments that are gonna come my way about it.
Also, I think the world is perfect in every way.

On a side note, I'm glad theres more people here and all, but it is impossible to keep up with the posts now.

Hi. I'm an eccentric 17 year old finishing up high school, a recent recruit from LIA still trying to figure out how you [Sean] got my e-mail address. But so far this looks like a great forum. I'll explain my perspective on the world through posts in relevent topics instead of going into depth here. Looking forward to getting to know you all.

Good afternoon! I am a new recruit, and look forward to a free exchange of ideas with you all. I've been kicked out of several other forums, most notably Lucianne.com (probably justifiably) and Free Republic (several times - robinson won't allow dissent), and I hope to last here for a while. I like the looks of this place.

Hi all! I am an anti-religion atheist with three kids...24,21 and 18 who have all been reared as atheists. I am 50 years old, female and married for 30 years. I live on the Eastern Shore of Maryland where we have a crop and chicken farm. Recently it has been pointed out to me that I am a physicologist. Could be...

Sean sent me an e-mail to this site...don't know why and don't know him, but maybe he is on another message board where I am. Anyway, here I am and looking forward to interesting debates....even if I am supposed to be on the treadmill.

Hello everyone. I'm new to the board and only just finished updating my profile. In efficient (lazy?) form, I've simply marked all posts read and will catch up as I go rather than reading all current posts.

I'll be lurking mostly until I get a feel for things in the forums, but I'm glad to be here.

To G.Adams - I'll probably want to enlist in infantry, but at the moment its only an idea.

Ahh okay, cool, but you know you get more money in the branches that have trades? And if your going into the Army, and your clearly intelligent by being in Uni, you may as well push your fitness and go for SAS. No point joining the Army unless you want to push yourself to the top of your field, and the SAS is the highest in the world a soldier can reach. Aaandd you get to be constantly working, and you don't get the dull jobs like patrolling Ulster or Sarajevo.

Hi everyone.
I'm a 17 year old from Castella (which is in Australia), who has just finished high school and is going to have a year off study before (hopefully) doing an archaeology course at university.
Through high school, I was part of the school debating team, even though I wasn't very good at it. I do have an opinion on almost every topic besides politics, but I mostly prefer to hear (or read) other people's opinions.
I am a gymnast and have been for approximately 13 years, and I now coach others aswell as continuing my own training.

Well that is an introduction to me, I'll add opinions to some topics occasionaly.

Until then..
Bye

My name is Darren Tindell Jr. and I am a resident Okie. I am 15-years-old (turning 16 in February) and my interests include, but are not limited to: journalism, sports, magazines, and computers. I'm very interested in writing (i.e. newspapers, magazines, ezines). I plan to attend college after highschool and head straight into the newspaper business.
