I would assume you love the song and lyrics to "Meat is Murder" - I am not a vegetarian - I tried it for a month and it wrecked my body. But that song is such an awesome song and the lyrics read like poetry. (as with the rest of the Smiths songs)

Nice to meet you. Yes, I like that song and am a Smith`s fan, too.

I think this song and video by Goldfinger is even better, "Free Me". Take a look at it and let me know if you think it is more powerful than the "Meat is Murder" song.

You are not a vegetarian, but I am glad you gave it a chance and the issues of consuming meat enter your thoughts about it. Perhaps you may try it again, or at least restrict its consumption as much as possible.

Im in university and i study artificial intelligence and game development. Im quite an open minded guy, my spelling usually lacks somewhat, but i like to have my say without being torn apart. My majors in college were Comp. Sci. Systems Design and Child Psychology with an intent on learning to handle the possible mental development of artificially intelligent systems and their heuristical learning processes.

Who knows you may be. No my biological brother is a vegetarian. He suggested I try it out and I did so for a month. I am not really a "Steak" kind of guy myself (see my comments in this thread) I only usually eat sliced turkey and coldcuts with my lunch, but lately I have been on a PB & Jam kick. I find that suing whole grain bread, and All Natural peanut butter (only ingredients are peanuts and salt) and all natural jam (or some of the premium jams that are imported from Switzerland and France) Makes a very nice sandwich.
