    Terri Schiavo Is Dead

Well, the inevitable has happened. May she find peace in a place far far better than the one she left behind.

What are your thoughts? Why did she have to die this way?

I think there can be a new thread. It's a new phase. No one's mentioning the conflict over the funeral or lack thereof. I wonder if the parents are tired of fighting. May she rest in peace and be in heaven right now. Her prison here, whatever it was, is over.

I know about that thread. But I started this one because of the new development: Terri's death.

"who cares?" is what ran through my mind when i read the article.. i sure didn't.. the upcoming weeks/months will be a test, however, to see whether these new-age republican nazis really are as pro-states' rights as they claim to be.

interestingly enough, politicians here in boston and in other states have been increasingly enacting stronger state laws that seem to want to promote their own state sovereignty. seems that whenever any party gets too much power at the federal level, they always begin to usurp states' rights - be they democrat or republican.

    hope for america...
