What part of comprehending a message and then moving a muscle requires a soul? It looks like you are making an argument for free will here, and then assuming that free will=soul. If you want to call your free will a soul then that’s fine I guess, but that’s not what most people mean when they use those words. Free will simply implies that you have a mind that can act separately from pure cause and effect. A soul usually implies some sort of eternal, personal, transcendent, and immortal basic essence to your persona, and the ability to freely wave your hand doesn’t get even close to proving that.
