    Riddle

I have posted my riddles in a couple other forums... so no Googling!

Molly was sitting alone counting her Skittles in the cafeteria, and decided to find out if she had more than the boys in her class. Asking around she found that Eugene had sixty-three Skittles while Ben only had four. She discovered that Nathan had eleven and Fred had a whopping eighty-seven. Poor Herman had only two, though his brothers Nelson and Arnold had ten and eighteen respectively. Finally, she learned that Ferris had twenty-six.

How many Skittles did Molly have?

    Serious as a heart attack...

    ...and twice as deadly.

I don't see any indication to suggest how many skittles she could have?

It helps if you look at the values in a Table.

Without reading the responses so far:

We have no idea. We were never told whether Molly had a greater quantity of skittles than the boys, so we cannot even assign a greater-than or less-than quantity. All we're told is the quantity of skittles in the collective hands of the boys. Nothing about Molly.

A man said to the universe:
    "Sir, I exist!"
    "However," replied the universe,
"The fact has not created in me
    A sense of obligation."

Haha... well, you have no idea perhaps. You shouldn't be too quick to speak for our fellow forum members!
The key to solving this is to look at the Numbers in a Table.
If it helps, I can also tell what some of the girls in the had:

Lillian had only three, while Renee had seventy-five.
Irene had more still... seventy-seven Skittles.
Ruth had exactly forty-four, and Lucy had seventy-one.
Xena Noble, a sister of Herman, Nelson, and Arnold had fifty-four.
    Tina had twenty-two.

    Serious as a heart attack...

    ...and twice as deadly.

    Indeed and well done!
I hope that wasn't just a guess, as it is a happy coincidence that Molly has the same number of Skittles as the answer to life, the universe, and everything.

    Riddle the second:

Bob had just made his first catch while out fishing with his more experienced friend Larry, and so he asked him to identify what it was that he caught. "Unbelievable, that crimson bloater must weigh 38.9395042251058 pounds!" his friend exclaimed. Eagerly he reeled in a second fish, which his buddy determined to be a 96.06207769 pound rose kipper. Grinning widely, he caught a third... this time a scarlet buckling tipping the scales at 39.0463131128685 pounds. "I can't believe my luck on my first time out," he said as he felt a tug on his line. "Listen, Larry... this fish feels like it weighs exactly 116.304057739394 pounds!"

...what was the fourth fish that he caught?

    Serious as a heart attack...

    ...and twice as deadly.

It wasn't a guess, but I laughed at the happy coincidence...having read the Hitchhikers books. Your clue was necessary. And I did have to google the periodic table to get the actual number of "skittles", since I do not have it memorized.

You must have a very strict definition of riddle!
I imagine you were just using the wrong table.

    Serious as a heart attack...

    ...and twice as deadly.
