    Social mathematics

I am working on a new concept call social mathematics, what I would like from all of you, your is your true opinion on the topic. Social mathematics is the mapping, graphing, and calculating social structure and social interaction to predict a rational and logical outcome. This is a new concept that I am trying to refine and develope. What I am asking of all of you is to do what you normally do. I need all the feed back and points of views that you can give me.

I am the middle of writing a book if you would like me to email it to you I will, but I would like your honest feedback. I have three site that I am working on Social Mathematic Fundamentals - Mapping, Graphing, and Caculating , What is Social Mathematics , Social Mathematics and You » Understanding how to use social math in your life. , look at them at your spare time. Let me know what you think. I am still working on them. Your help will help me create them.

I want you to break me down so I can reply, I need to get better at this, and the poeple I know are patting me on the back. I do not need that, I need growth, so please do what you do.

What I am saying is that I can write out in social equations, complex chains of event with applying the human factor to predict rational outcome. Do you think or believe it is posable. I can keep talking but I want you points of view. I am not soft so my replys will not be timid so do not get scared, keep coming back at me, this is a new way of thinking. Be a part of it. can not wait to hear from you.

I will have a look in a while. Sounds interesting!

Sounds a bit like what they did in the show Numbers

It is like that, but it acounts people thoughts, beliefs, social needs, and feeling. It can get complex but it is kind of simple when you really think about it. A lot of time these are unknown factors, but they are still accounted for when doing socisl equations.

For better or worse, people's thoughts and beliefs can sometimes be predicted successfully-- and other times not.
Arthur Schopenhauer said "We forfeit three-fourths of ourselves in order to be like other people," so you never quite know what you'll get. Much depends on the needs of a person at a given moment.

Sounds like structured determinism and physics mixed together.

I a sure we can apply this to non living things too, and predict the future, because if all living things have a 'fate', then definately non living things would too based on the actions of the living, only reacting, yes?

I would like to see an example please, unless this is under construction too!

What about environment? The environments we live in dictate our influences from outside, like having to walk uphill sometimes, maybe around a wall?

I think there are a lot of other factors to think about, and in the end you will need a computer to show the answer, which is a product that you can sell, yes?

How about including the weather? That will play a part in how well you dress, what you wear, what trigger colours affect the people around you, and so forth...

Beauty plays a big part in happiness, and happiness affects moods, and moods affect outcomes of socialising. What if they had an itch while talking? This is mindblowingly enormous!

But the most important thing is not that it is the most attractive action, but that the person takes the path of least resistance, like water down a mountain forming into multiple streams, not randomly going left and right.

You are correct about all that you have said, I have been studying social mathematics going on 20 years and I have found that everything can and will affect everything else in one way or another. Things like weather, resources, age, education, land scape, and even the type of bugs that a person come in contact with can be a altering factor. Also just like life it is a on going equation. When I do it I pick something I what to ponder on and start from there. At the end of the night I have papers and papers of variables, symbols, and graph. That makes no sense to anyone but me and a few other poeple. That was fine before

Now I want to make it more user friendly, and more uniformed. So I will have better examples as I go on and refine it more. That is why your feedback is very helpful.

But if I am not mistaken, things can be simplified into your concepts on your site. Those you have been working with for years so I am sure they are the biggest.

Would you say if you have an emotional pull towards something, along with a physical pull, but have a financial pull away from it, the amount of factors should balance out and then if there are many versus a few you can see which way it goes?

How about a drug addict? All the 'pulls' are there except for finance, resulting that they cannot afford the drug? Then they steal or rob, and that is added to your equation? Then they go to jail, resulting in a 'sociatal presence' being added?

I really think you should add a resistance from those around them, laws enforced by people, sociaties norms if you will. That and finance will have greater influence on the outcomes of the actions or flow of motion would they not?

I would like to find the path of least resistance myself. I am sure you are onto something.

I have been tryig to explain magic for a while myself, do you believe in magic? If you were to cast a spell, then there is magic. Everything magic, the way you place your rake up against a wall is even magic, depending on which way you put it there, because magic is not unnatural, it is rather scienfic, not 'cultural.'

So back to your social mathematics. If you were to add great influence or minor influence you would affect your actions, but that might not be necessary, what do you think? As I showed you in my example, it doesn't matter on the weather if you are a drug addict, but rather that you have a 'box' full of influences outweighing your other influences, usually financial, yes?

If given the right known factors yes you can, still it is a logical guess for the most part, but I have meet some people who were too perdictable. This is like one of the thread that I was looking at, it had to do with randomness. There is, but if look close you can start to see common factors, and patterns that repeat themselves. once you find these then you can input them into a social equation. Once you put a person into that equation you should be able to predict what they we do to a point, but still you have to filtier in the human factor. The more you know about that person the more predictable they will become. But I will be the first to say nothing is 100% predictable.
