This is a simulation; What if the anti-war movement adopted Glenn Beck-esque paranoia -- the kind which makes ACORN into a super villain?
What might that look like?
My guess:

"Hmmm, it all comes to me now. When the Bush administration began humming their 'let's further invade the Middle East' tune, maybe they were following the Obama/Acorn example!
Obviously, more veterans can equal more programs like these:
