So I'm writing a paper on Jury Nullification and one of my sections deals with Jury Nullification as a means of promoting political agendas.

I was wondering if any of the libertarians (or anyone else for that matter) knew of any particularly good cases I could Lexus Nexus (Yes I did just use that as a verb) revolving around a jury that made decisions particularly in the interest of hot button political issues like gun control or abortion... etc, for or against. It really doesn't matter.

It really doesn't matter. What makes a man turn neutral? Lust for gold? Power? Or were you just born with a heart full of neutrality?
