| Jury Nullification So I'm writing a paper on Jury Nullification and one of my sections deals with Jury Nullification as a means of promoting political agendas.
I was wondering if any of the libertarians (or anyone else for that matter) knew of any particularly good cases I could Lexus Nexus (Yes I did just use that as a verb) revolving around a jury that made decisions particularly in the interest of hot button political issues like gun control or abortion... etc, for or against. It really doesn't matter.
