There are photos of the various circles by numerous photographers.
Often there are multiple photographs of a formation from various angles, many times by various photographers. If ALL the various photos from the multiple cameramen show the same formation, then it would be correct to term them "consistent", verdad?
That would eliminate the likelihood of a single kooky photographer goofing on us with Photoshop, right?
