Ban PH because my job penalized me for taking 5 PAID sick days off in a month even when I was really sick and couldn't make it to work. And what's also ridiculous is that they told us that if we're absolutely sick (which I was), then don't come to work and infect others, but use our PAID sick time off wisely. Well, I used my PAID sick time off wisely as in I was violently ill and I still got penalized. I can't win at my workplace - they pressure you to come into work and use intimidation tactics to try to boost your performance.
