Getting Nowhere- Liberals and Conservatives

So no matter how much we here at Volconvo debate, and no matter how much our congress men and women debate back and forth, the reality I have seen is this:

We are getting nowhere. We are getting nothing good done. We just sit around all day refusing to balance our lives with responsibility and eqaulity. What's the point of all this debate when it achieves nothing. Noone has swayed me to their view and Id say I doubt I've swayed a single member to mine, so what do we do? Just sit and disagree and when congress does it they spend decades going back and forth, with the reps controlling the congress making stupid laws, thwarting good laws, and then flip flop to the dems who make stupid laws and thwart good laws. What's funny is so far it doesn't seem like anyone is putting any blame on the real problem, nor does it seem like anyone is holding those people or problems responsible. Instead of doing what it actually requires we beat around the bush and make round about ways to attempt to achieve goals. But all that is moot because we avoid doing what needs to be done.

This is the real fact; if we do not start mandating a living wage, price freeze for at least ten years, form community daycare so parents can afford to work, limit the government, conform back to the Constitution, and eliminate the illegal immigration population and the federal reserve,we be doomed to fail and fall into total despotism. None of the current ideas on either side being enforced right now are working. None of them. Above are the answers so who will be brave enough to stop beating around the friken bush and get then taken care of already? apparently no one.

    That would be because almost no one agrees that the suggestions you offer will solve the problems we face. If it were an absolute fact that both Republicans and Democrats pass stupid laws and block good ones (and I don't agree with that), different wrong laws won't help. And, neither I or anyone else is going to vote to put someone in office who they think is going to do something stupid. And you do understand, don't you, that a ten year price freeze is something no capitalist would ever accept? And, that mandating a living wage is something no free-market conservative is ever going to support? And you also understand that the reason the "illegal" immigration problem has not been solved is that people are not in agreement over what that problem actually is? Your "real facts" are all in dispute and not just by office holders.

    Community run day cares so parents can work sounds like a socialist idea. Does it not to you?

    See the comments just prove my point exactly. There is a difference between socialism and social welfair THAT HAS A PURPOSE AND WILL WORK AND ACHIEVE THE GOALS. In effect all those needed things will axtually curtail if not almost illiminate the need for welfair, for socialism. Actually a free market will accept a living wage we already have minimum wage laws and they accept them just fine. A freeze to stop the rampant criminal inflation and proce gouging is not socialism it's justice. I'm centrist not REPUBLICAN. With great power comes great responsibility and so to must come great restrictions. If not for all the idiots in office and the lemmings running around society refusing to think outside their own two foot box, we could achieve economic greatness, but NOPE we all want to sit here endlessly debating and never agreeing, never getting anywhere. Just like here on this thread. Same bull shit different day. BTW community day care with a sliding scale fee will actually cost LESS than the current child care assistance program and bring in money to the program which the current one doesn't do. It is not meant to replace all the other over-priced glorified babysitters but to act as insurance for low income people to afford to work, which reduces all other welfair programs anywhere from 50-80%, and it creates competition so these glorified over paid babysitters will have to think twice about their prices. People who can't afford to work because the minimum wage is nothing close to what the workers need to pay bills, or survive, can't pay taxes, can't buy homes to pay land taxes on, can't afford to buy food or go to the store to pay sales taxes. Why is almost everyone today on welfair because WE DON'T HAVE A LIVING WAGE, WE HAVEN'T FORZEN PRICES LIKE WE SHOULD HAVE, WE HAVEN'T STOPPED THE MILLIONS OF CRIMINAL FEDERAL TRESSPASSERS AND THEIR 600 KIDS A PIECE FROM STEALING OUR JOBS AND FOOD, AND BECAUSE OF NAFTA AND IDIOTS IN THE GOVERNMENT.
