To get rid of the tick one should exercise the body part where the tick is, then remove with tweesers. Exercising will use the muslce to push the ticks head out enough to remove safely.
When infected with lyme disease, the patient should just exercise a lot, for many minutes at a time. This will stimulate the body to produce white blood cells to combat the disease in the body, as stimulation leads to dividing white blood cells.0 Thanks, 0 Likes, 0 Dislikes
