Hepatitis is an infection of the liver, basically. To help your liver recover, which filters out harmful things in your blood, it would be a good idea to get helpful things into your blood. This means eating a diet of complete balance, three meals a day. Just eat way too little and a lot of good things when you do eat, and you will help your liver recover.
If the liver is a filter, maybe it would help to have excessive acids placed into your blood stream? This will be when your liver is taxed, so it probably will recover. You can get natural acids from many fruit types, so consult your green grocer for advice.0 Thanks, 0 Likes, 0 Dislikes
