This is a long term solution to rising sea levels due to Global Warming, which I though up myself.
We would need to build a massive pipe from Earth to Mars. The Earth side would end in the pacific Ocean. This pipe would pump water (with all the fishies in it too) all the way to mars. Once the ocean has once again reached the desired level, the pipe can be demolished, and astronauts can go to mars to finish stage two of the project.
Stage two would involve waiting until enough oxygen seeps out of the water, creating an atmosphere for mars. Then, astronauts would travel to Mars and plant a few thousand seed trees, bushes, and flowers. These plants would replant themselves until mars gets sufficiently covered to support animal life. The astronauts will make another set of trips to mars, this time carrying a bunch of earth's animal species with them.They could deposit the animals all over the planet, and the animals would further develop the red planet. Even later, humans could travel to mars, and develop cities which are built entirely to environmentally friendly standards. This would Solve more problems than just one: rising sea levels and the overpopulation of Earth. It would cost a lot of money, but in the end, it would be worth it.
