With time dilation demonstrating an omnipresent nature is possible, in that we can observe the past in the present just by looking at starlight and quantum mechanics as well is showing an all knowing nature; two major attributes attributed to God are a reality. This can easily and logically be interpreted as evidence that God could exist if your objectivity is present during the contemplation of evidence. Photon particles actually appear to change there behavior when being watched. How would they know they were being watched? Almost as if an omnipresent and omniscient god doesn't want us to see him physically. What's called a double split experiment conclusively proves there is more then meets the eye.

Colossians 1:15-17

15 who is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of every creature: 16 for by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him: 17 and he is before all things, and by him all things consist.

See, I just can't let this nonsense go unchallenged. God love ya, finder, but you really do need to accept that your belief is nothing but an act of faith, and that there really is no other evidence possible. Allow me to deconstruct the things you mentioned:

With time dilation demonstrating an omnipresent nature is possible, in that we can observe the past in the present just by looking at starlight
This does not demonstrate an omnipresent nature, it merely demonstrates that light has a finite speed. How then does this explain the fact that most of the theoretical universe is in fact hidden to us for all eternity?

quantum mechanics as well is showing an all knowing nature; two major attributes attributed to God are a reality.
What about quantum mechanics necessarily implies this? I could define attributes of quantum mechanics as being similar to, say, the qualities I would expect to find if pink fuzzy unicorns existed, but that in itself does not imply such a thing. Not to mention the fact that your conclusion is totally wrong. Photons don't "know" they're being observed. The act of observation itself requires a disturbance in that which the photons affect.

It's all mechanics. Think of it like this. What if the only way you could measure the dimensions of a car is to take a bigger car and smash the damn thing at high speed? The first car is going to be disturbed in some way.
