    This Privacy Statement sets out how Volconvo uses and protects any information that you provide when you visit Volconvo.

    Volconvo is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Should you be asked to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using Volconvo you can be assured that it will be used only in accordance with this privacy policy.

    Volconvo may change this policy from time to time. You should check this page regularly to ensure that you are aware of any changes. This policy is effective from 20 September, 2011.

    Volconvo's servers automatically recognize your IP address.

    Volconvo collects e-mail addresses of those who register as members. It also collects—only when voluntarily supplied—date of birth, home page URL, instant messaging contact information, biographical information, location of residence, interests, occupation, nationality, and political affiliation.

    The information collected from you is used in the following ways:

    Volconvo uses "cookies" to store visitor's preferences and record session information. A cookie is a small file which our software uploads to your computer. The cookie helps Volconvo management analyze web traffic and improves the quality of your visit.

    Upon request we provide visitors with access to the information that we maintain about them. Members can access this information by sending a request from http://www.volconvo.com/forums/sendmessage.php.

    With respect to security: We have appropriate security measures in place to protect against the loss, misuse, or alteration of information that we have collected from you at Volconvo.

    Volconvo may contain links to other websites, including social media sites such as facebook, Twitter, and Reddit. Volconvo managers have no control over how information about you is used by other sites. Therefore, we cannot be responsible for the protection and privacy of any information which you provide when you are visiting such sites and such sites are not governed by this privacy policy. You should exercise caution and look at the privacy statement applicable to the websites in question.

    We will not sell, distribute, lease, or release your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required to do so by law.
