not that any of this is a surprise, but rather a confirmation of what the opposition has always known to be true. | |

Bin Laden gave Bush the excuse to launch the wars that the neo-cons had benn calling for for years as well as an almost limitless expansion of presidential powers. Bush gave Bin Laden almost all he could have ever asked for. Bush for all intents and purposes let Bin Laden escape from Afghanistan because he was so occupied with the invasion of Iraq. He demonstrated that the West really was led by "crusaders" bent on the occupation of Islam. Bush gave Bin Laden a new training ground in Iraq as well as destroying all the good will towards America that briefly existed after 9/11. In a perverse way Bush and Bin Laden need each other to survive. Rick "When fascism comes to America, it will be wrapped in the flag and carrying a cross." Sinclair Lewis |

| Redskins Rule Location: South-Western Virginia Posts: 2,544 | And of course, Bin Laden is not seen by the American public as being shrewd enough to manipulate their votes for an outcome he would prefer.... Silly, naive voter : "That Bush sure does get under that murderous A-Rab's skin. I better vote fer him, cause if Bin Laden hates him, it must be bad for Bin Laden if he gits relected!" Bush : "Yipee, that Bin Laden sure is stupid. Doesn't he know that the American people hate him and will want to thwart him at every turn? If he wanted Kerry in office, he should have praised me, or kept his mouth shut? " Bin Laden : " Umm. That was fun... Heh, heh, heh." "I think now, frankly, he is dead for the reason he is a ... kidney patient," Gen. Pervez Musharraf said on Friday in an interview with CNN. |

Did the CIA have the tape for months and strategically release it just before the election? Is bin Laden directly - not inadvertantly - cooperating with the Bush team? Are his whereabouts known? Is he being kept alive in return for playing accomplice to the Bush plan? "What truth endures beneath the flaming stream?" -- A Volcano, Bartolome de Las Casas, Inferno de Marsaya, 1536 |
