This is important because it gives congress a pivot point if ever needed for an Impeachment Hearing.
I wonder if they dont leak stuff like the UAE 21 Ports Deal to distract us from the more impeachable offenses. Like this.
It doesnt really matter that the victim doesnt press charges, either.
Its a felony.
